Please contact us before returning your item so we can advise you of next steps and time frames for a replacement item or a repair.

We are happy to offer free repairs within 21 days of purchase.

If your item is past the 21-day policy, we offer repairs and replacement of missing parts for a $25 CAD fee.  

Customers are responsible for shipping damaged items back to our studio.

We are not liable for lost returns, under any circumstances.

We highly recommend using a shipping courier with tracking services to ensure the delivery of your package to us.
